Big 4 Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of corporate finance experience.
Advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, fundraising, strategy and building out and helping to execute strategic financial and operational budgets and forecasts.
Investor in over a dozen property and corporate transactions.
James Patterson
Investment Analyst​
Joined Birch Faraday Capital in September 2021.
Worked on various sell-side corporate finance mandates for clients, ranging from start-ups to public companies.
Worked on the acquisition of Mediline Supported Living and has been working beside Darnell and the management team.
BSc in Economics from The University of Surrey and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from Cass Business School.
